I wasn't allowed help but yet their 'favorites' were allowed to work together on a regular basis. I was given the most queen room section constantly so I had the most beds they were setting me up for failure. After I had proven that this lead was a liar, I was stuck on the hardest floor to clean the 3rd floor and every day I had one of the 3 supervisors that had an issue with me. Complete garbage, why would I change the clean bed? Oddly enough when the leads check your rooms they shut the door and you aren't in there to make sure they are doing their job checking yours. I had changed the one bed that was used and she had said I changed the other bed because she had 'marked' my sheets. The one lead that had it out for me and I know flat out lied. Whenever I tried to talk to the big manager she always had the supervisors I was having an issue with in the office she always felt she needed a witness. I had no issues with 2 of the supervisors and my rooms, never had a complaint and then there was a set of 3 that I feel were going back into my rooms and setting me up. Each one had a certain way they wanted stuff done and of course each one was different.
It started out being great, except for the leads in the housekeeping department all didn't know their head from their rear.
